About the GTACS Contract

Trace Systems

On October 31, 2012 the Government awarded a $10 Billion, five (5) year Firm-Fixed-Price/Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract, for the ability to rapidly acquire a wide range of tactical command, control and communications system hardware, software, engineering services, logistics support services, development, production, sustainment, test and system related support, in response to rapidly changing Warfighter communication needs. These requirements are for Contractor-provided hardware, software, services and data in support of the Program Executive Office Command Communications and Control (PEO C3T) Mission which is to rapidly develop, field, and support fully networked capability sets.

C3T systems include all programs, projects and products managed within PEO C3T, its Project Managers (PMs), Product Managers (PdMs) and Product Directors (PDs). During the period of performance of the GTACS contract it is expected that the organization and needs of PEO C3T, its PMs, PdMs and PDs will evolve and re-organize in response to the changing needs of the Warfighter and anticipated threats. The GTACS program and contract will provide the flexibility and responsiveness needed to support the mission of PEO C3T, its PMs, PdMs and PDs.
